WHi! I am Karen.
I'm a soul-led Holistic Success Coach, who thrives on supporting female spiritual entrepreneurs to transform their lives from the inside out, grow their business and impact and create a Life By Design.
Between client sessions and mentoring leaders to build leveraged wealth streams you can find me exploring Bali where I live with my husband Lee and dog Eddie, hiking, drinking coffee, swimming at the beach, living life to the fullest and upgrading myself.
There are multiple ways that you can work with me, such as ~ 1:1 Private Client 3 Month Coaching, powerful Quantum Clearing and Activation Sessions, and Women’s Life-changing Retreats. Additionally, I also support driven leaders to build a leveraged-based business that allows you to generate wealth, whilst creating more spaciousness in your life to focus on what truly matters to you.
I'm committed to the new paradigm where it's about collaboration, heart centered leadership, holistic health & wealth, multiple streams of income, and where we lead with our frequency, energy and vibration.
Another big part of my mission is to empower people to release their blocks and limitations, which allows them to become more of their true authentic selves and step into their full potential. By becoming more of who they really are, people can create a lifestyle that they deeply love, on their own terms, and in complete alignment with their soul.
Just over 5 years ago, I had a powerful awakening where I recognized that the life I was creating did not align with the true calling of my soul.
I had asked for a big up level in my life, and the universe quickly removed things and people that were no longer in alignment with where my soul was being lead to.
Within just a few months, I experienced a series of transformative events, including a life-changing divorce, relocation to a new city and the relinquishment of an international online business that I had dedicated my heart and soul to building for 3.5 years.
I have learned through personal experience that resisting change only makes things more difficult. The universe has a way of shaking our foundation to help us build stronger ones that cannot be easily broken by any circumstance or individual. I firmly believe that our toughest times and challenges are actually valuable soul lessons. Life throws obstacles in our way to guide us back to our most authentic selves.
This life-altering experience thrust me into a deep inner healing journey and my soul was calling for me to activate more of my unique gifts and move from alignment.
I now share these gifts and life experiences to serve others, to ensure true transformation for my clients that is long-lasting.
Through deep inner work using the Quantum Healing modalities I am certified in and reality crafting and building a new soul aligned business, I have rebuilt my most beautiful life from the inside out.
From doing this deep inner work, I met and married my soul mate and we have created an amazing life together.
I’ve stripped away what’s not my true authentic self, found my soul's purpose, and I’ve created a Life By Design that I absolutely love and never need a vacation from.
By undergoing my own personal transformation, I have come to understand that the inner work doesn't have to be a challenging process of years of suffering. It can be accelerated and graceful if one is open, willing and committed to doing the necessary work.
I'm not here for surface level work or the band-aid method. I’m here to get to the root cause so that my clients can have long-lasting change. By doing so, they reclaim their personal power and reconnect with their most authentic self, allowing them to illuminate from within and access infinite possibilities!
I have been on this growth journey for over 15 years and have invested well over 6 figures, working with mentors, teachers, coaches, putting myself in high level masterminds, worked with a sacred Balinese healer and attended a plant medicine retreat in Peru. All of this work has helped me to deprogram myself, release blocks, heal ancestral karma and patterns, upgrade my wealth consciousness and up level my skill sets.
I have discovered that the most valuable investment one can make is in yourself, because our outer world will always be a reflection of our inner world. By prioritizing self-growth and raising our frequency, which is our biggest asset, we can then unlock our true potential and create a life beyond our wildest dreams.
I believe our intuition and awareness are our superpowers.
I believe there has never been a more powerful time than right now to do the inner work and transform your life from the inside out and life the life you came here to live.
